At the table of Dario Minieri, action folded around to the button who put in the standard raise. The small blind passed and Minieri peeked slowly and deliberately as his hole cards were elaborately photographed, presumably by a journalist friend, from Minieri's own point of view. He held the serious pose long enough for the photograph as the raiser sit waiting. After the picture was snapped, Minieri broke character and laughingly flipped up the {7-Diamonds}

and tossing it into the muck. The raiser let out a conflicted sigh as he exposed {K-Spades}

for all to see.

Where'd She Come From?

Tournament professional Liz Lieu, who had apparently been keeping a low profile in a relatively inaccessible area, has just been moved to a more noticeable location. Lieu seems confident, and why shouldn't she be, she is still very much alive with an average 12,600 chips.
