Dag Palovic Doubles Up

Dag Palovic and Dario got into a pre-flop raising war and by the end of it 761,000 chips were in the middle and the cards were on their backs. Dario was ahead with {J-Spades}

to Dag's

. The flop brought boos then cheers from the Italian fans as the doorcard was the {A-Spades}

, it then revealed the {A-Clubs}

before the final flop card the {J-Hearts}

was uncovered.

It was all but over on the turn when the {K-Clubs}

gave Dag a bigger full house and Dario missed his one out on the river.

Jonas Klausen Doubles Through Jason Mercier

The very next hand after being crippled, Jonas Klausen moved all in for his last 151,000. Jason Mercier called. It was Q-J for Klausen and A-K for Mercier. Klausen spiked a queen on the flop and that was all he needed to double up to 315,000.

Mark Flowers Doubles Through Jonas Klausen

After a raise and a re-raise, Mark Flowers moved all in for about 240,000. Jonas Klausen went into the tank for quite a while before finally calling. The players showed:

Mark Flowers Re-raises Mercier

On the very next hand, Jason Mercier again found himself re-raised. Jason opened for a raise of 33,000 only to have Mark Flowers move all in for 150,000 behind him. Again Jason had to pass.

Dario Pressures Mercier

Dario makes it 32,000 pre-flop and Jason Mercier who is the nearest in chips to the fiesty Italian makes it 106,000. Dario is not about to be pushed around and makes it 260,000. Jason has a good think about his options and decides this is not the hand to commit his chips and folds.
