Kurko:
Bari:
Board:
Kurko duly hit the rail while Bari's stack increased to 760,000. A little while later Frank Kassela (no longer involved in this tournament) somehow snuck into the tournament area to say hi. Bari told him, "I'm outplaying everyone." Then, "I'm entirely kidding."
David Steicke's had a pretty good day so far. Further to finding aces to knock out JP Kelly earlier, Steicke has now doubled up with against Leo Fernandez' .
Board:
Steicke doubled to 350,000. Fernandez was left with 55,000, which he pushed into the middle from the button the next hand. No-one was interested, though, and he remains in and short-stacked for the moment.
EPT Berlin finalist Ilya Gorodetskiy got his last in well ahead with against Nick Banwari's . But a queen dropped on the board, and Gorodetskiy was gone.
