The flop read and a young gentleman bet out 3,300. Julian Thew made it 10,000, the young gent shoved for around 25,000, and after a few moments Thew quietly announced call.

The young gentleman's cheeks puffed out with relief as he doubled to over 50,000. Thew dropped to 36,000.
The flop read in a four-way raised pot and it checked around so all four players got to see the turn as well. One player now bet 3,000 and the action moved to Jorn Walthaus in the small blind who check-raised to 8,900. The bettor called, and they went heads-up to the river.
The river came down the and Walthaus now bet out a hefty 18,500. His opponent peered at Walthaus' stack as if considering a raise, but in the event he folded and Walthaus bumped his stack up to a comfortable 65,000.
Three players made it to the flop and it checked around to the gentleman in position who bet 3,000. Small blind Katja Thater, however, now check-raised to 11,000, and both her opponents folded.
The board was reading and Sorrel Mizzi had led out for 3,000. The Italian player to his left raised to 8,500 and the action went over to Thierry van den Berg who moved all-in for 14,175 total.
Mizzi tanked for two minutes before showing his hand to the player on his right and folding his hand.
As the Italian player in the middle debated the extra 6,000 to call, Mizzi came over and quietly spoke to us. "I've just folded Aces here."
The Italian made the call and flipped but Van den Berg showed for quads before he turned to Mizzi and said, "You folded Aces right?" giving his opponent a fistpump.
The board ran out with running and and Van den Berg doubled up to about 45,000.
Alfonso Amendola (big blind) bet out 3,000 on a flop but Thierry van den Berg (mid position) made it 7,300. Amendola shoved for a little over 30,000.
Van den Berg sighed and looked him in the eye. "I have a set, though," he complained. "Pocket eights." Nevertheless he could not bring himself to fold, and instead announced, "I call."

"I knew it!" van den Berg exploded, walking off from the table, "Motherf***er. Always!" He sat back down to his newly depleted 15,000 stack and told Amendola, "Run better."
Amendola doubled to 65,000 or so and tried to soothe van den Berg. "My friend. It is set over set. There is nothing you can do." Nevertheless van den Berg continued, "I could see it in your eyes when you raised. I should have folded." Finally something they could agree on. "Yes," said Amendola, "You should."
