Spun Out

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Anthony Spinella got it in with two pair holding the {6-Clubs}{4-Clubs} on a {6-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts} board.

Unfortunately for him, Richard Pflum had the better two pair with the {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. The {q-Clubs} river bricked and Spinella spun out.

Serock's Deuces Rocked By Lynskey's Kings

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

From the hijack seat, Joe Serock raised to 14,000. Alex Lynskey reraised on the button to 38,000, and then Serock moved all in. Lynskey called it off to put himself at risk for 196,500.

Lynskey had the {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}, and Serock had the {2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}.

The {Q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{8-Clubs} board kept Lynskey in front, and he doubled to 400,000 in chips. Serock was left with 85,000.

Travis Burch Busts in 64th Place; Field Now in the Money

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

In back-to-back hands, Travis Burch went from about 135,000 to out, falling in 64th place as the tournament's official "bubble boy."

On the first hand, Burch had Justin Young on the ropes with what could have been the bubble. That is, if Burch's {K-Hearts}{K-Spades} held up against the {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} for Young. But, the board ran out {A-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{10-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Young doubled up. He was all in for 119,500.

On the next hand, Burch moved all in for his last 15,000 from the button. Mark Herm called from the big blind with the {10-Clubs}{6-Spades}, meaning Burch was in a dominating position with the {A-Spades}{10-Hearts}.

The flop, turn, and river came {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{5-Spades}, and Burch was eliminated.

Sands Doubles on the Bubble

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

The first all in and call on the bubble goes to David Sands, who jammed close to 70,000 with the {a-Hearts}{K-Clubs}.

Bryan Piccioli made the call with a dominated {a-}{q-} and Sands paired on the {4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{9-Hearts} board to double through.

Hand for hand continues with Sands in a much more comfortable position.
