The structure for the High Roller Bounty Shootout has been reworked a bit and is faster that it has been before. The levels are only 30 minutes in length for the first round and as you can see by the blind jump, some levels have been removed. Combine this with the $2,000 bounty on everyone's head and the play should go pretty quick.
