Feldman Can't Get Any Action

We arrived at Andrew Feldman's table and found a pot with over 14,000 in the middle and the board reading {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades}{7-Clubs}.

Feldman checked, one opponent checked, and Eric Liu checked as well, landing the {5-Clubs} on the river. Once again all three checked, not what Feldman was hoping for. He tabled {6-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for a straight flush, but clearly wished somebody else could have had a club. Eric Liu flashed {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for the flopped set that quickly lost its strength.

Feldman: Up to about 57,000
Liu: Down to about 32,000

Hakim Turns Sixty

Jeff Hakim called a bet of 1,500 from an opponent on the flop of {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}. The turn brought the {K-Spades} and both players checked. The river was the {7-Diamonds} and both players checked again.

Hakim bested his opponent's {Q-Spades}{10-Clubs} with his {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} to win the pot and push his stack to 60,000 chips.

Jett Takin' Off

Karina Jett just forced a player to yell out for a rebuy after her {Q-Spades}{9-Spades} made a full house on the board of {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}. Her opponent held the {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts} and all the money went in on the flop. She's now up to 58,000 chips.

Feldman Takes One

The player in the cutoff seat raised to 600 before Andrew Feldman three-bet to 1,800 from the small blind. The player called and the two took a flop of {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Feldman fired 1,450 and won the pot to move to 46,000 chips.

Hakim WIns Three-Way All In

Jeff Hakim
Jeff Hakim

Jeff Hakim has been relatively quiet all day, but his chip stack just juiced itself up on some steroids in the past few moments. Hakim got all in three ways holding pocket aces. He was up against one player holding {A-}{Q-} and the other holding pocket queens -- not a bad spot at all for Hakim to be in.

The case ace flopped and Hakim went on to win the hand, jolting his stack to 58,000 chips.

Kabrhel Gone

Martin Kabhrel eliminated
Martin Kabhrel eliminated

Martin Kabrhel is out of here. After his bet of 1,450 was check-raised to 4,925 on the flop of {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} by Manig Loeser, Kabrhel made the call to see the {10-Spades} fall on the turn. Loeser fired enough to put Kabrhel all in and after a few minutes in the tank, Kabrhel made the call and put himself at risk.

He held the {K-Spades}{6-Spades} for a turned flush draw and straight draw. Loeser held the {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} for top two pair.

The river blanked with the {8-Diamonds} and Kabrhel was eliminated from the tournament. Loeser moved up to a booming 95,000 and is challenging Sorel Mizzi for the chip lead.
