From early position, reigning World Series of Poker Europe Main Event champion Elio Fox raised to 800. In the hijack seat, Kevin MacPhee reraised to 2,175. Sam Chartier four-bet from the small blind and made it 5,575 to go. Action folded back around to MacPhee. He flatted and took a flop of in position.
