Similar fortunes await 83 of the 123 runners scheduled to take to the felt this afternoon for Day 2 of the PokerNews Cup Main Event. Most will begin the day with optimism and reveries of how they'd spend a quarter of a million dollars, but ultimately end up with nothing. Such is the nature of the beast, however, and perhaps one of the reasons why we love this crazy game.
