Day 2 Started
Dy 2 of the 2015 partypoker World Poker Tour UK Main Event commences at 12:00 pm GMT and sees 171 players return to the Dusk Till Dawn casino in Nottingham, each of them sharing the common goal of surviving the five 90-minute levels and hopefully secure themselves an in-the-money finish.
Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi is the man to catch at the start of play thanks to him amassing 359,200 chips on Day 1b. Mizrachi already has two WPT titles to his name, which have helped him accumulate more than $16.4 million in cashes.
Hot on Mizrachi's heels is the British star, Simon Deadman on 312,500. Deadman has a superb record in the live arena and is going to have a major influence over where the Champions Cup ends up at the end of this week.
Five 90-minute levels are scheduled on Day 2 and we will have the payouts for you close to the start of play, so stay tuned to PokerNews as we bring you all of the action from this £1 million guaranteed spectacular.
Level: 11
Blinds: 600/1,200
Ante: 200
The payout structure has been announced and a total of 54 places are paid, a min-cash being worth £5,400 and the eventual champion of the 2015 partypoker World Poker Tour UK Main Event walking away with £200,000 and a £10,100 eat to the WPT World Championship.
Shola Akindele-Deadman has trebled her stack after getting rather fortunate in a three-way all-in.
Akindele-Deadman found herself all-in with and in bad shape against David Costillo's and Damon Bancroft-Hall's , but the board came to her rescue by improving her to a Broadway straight, the jack coming on the river.
Bankcroft-Hall was less fortunate and bust as Costillo has him covered. Ouch.

With the board reading , Matthew Davenport led for 6,000 from the small blind and Matt Harris called from under the gun. That was the last of the betting action because both players checked the arrival of both the turn and river, then chopped the pot as Davenport held and Harris .
A hand between Martynas Vitkauskas and Adam Kossew started well with the former raising to 2,500 from middle position and the calling when Kossew three-bet from the cutoff to 5,400. However, both players opted for the passive route, checking down the board.
"Ace-high?" said Kossew, seemingly not sure if his hand was good?
"With a king?" asked Vitkauskas.
Kossew turned over and his opponent mucked.

Alli Mallu limped in from early position, Roberto Romanello limped in from the next seat along, before Yiannis Liperis made it 5,100 to go from Romanello's immediate left. The action then folded around to Tamer Kamel in the small blind and he called. Richard Hawes folded in the big blind before Mallu raised all-in for 115,000 or so chips.
Romanello get out of the way, as did Liperis, but Kamel seemed to be considering calling. As it happens, Kamel decided to save his chips for a better spot and mucked his hand.

Richard Trigg has bust from the Main Event. We saw him on the sidelines and have since discovered, via his Facebook page, that Terry Jordon was the man responsible for Trigg's demise, flopping an ace with his to best Trigg's .
