Flack Still Heading Pack

After the hijack seat limped in, Layne Flack raised to 1,300 from the cutoff. Dan Smith was in the big blind and reraised to 4,300. The hijack seat got out of the way and then Flack made it 41,300 to go, putting Smith all in. Smith tanked for a few moments and then let his hand go. Flack is up to 126,000 and still leading the field while Smith dropped to 22,300.

Yeh Picks Up Chips

Anthony Yeh checked the flop of {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{5-Spades} and the next player fired 2,100. The third player in the hand folded and Yeh made the call.

The turn went check, check after the board paired with the {Q-Diamonds}. The river was the {4-Clubs} and Yeh checked. HIs opponent fired a bet of 2,700 and Yeh called again.

"You're good," said Yeh's opponent, to which Yeh tabled the {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for two pair, kings and queens. His opponent mucked and Yeh improved to 44,000 chips.

Froehlich Roaring Back

Eric Froehlich's stack had dipped all the way down to 6,000 chips earlier in the day. Now he's back up to 41,000 after a strong turn check-raise. Froehlich, Jeff Madsen and one other player took a raise flop of {9-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {Q-Hearts}. Madsen and Froehlich checked; the third player bet 2,750. Only Froehlich called.

The turn came {7-Spades}. Froehlich checked, then moved all in for about 26,000 after his opponent bet 6,250. Froehlich's opponent tanked for about a minute and then folded.

Sometimes, You Just Gotta Hit Three Outers

After a flop of {10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}, Ted Lawson was faced with an all-in bet from an opponent. Eventually, Lawson said, "All right, I call." and tabled {A-?}{K-?}. His opponent was ahead with the {A-?}{10-?}. The turn was one of the three remaining kings with the {K-Clubs} and the river ended things with the {6-Clubs}. Lawson got out-flopped first and then resucked the life out of his opponent's tournament. He's up to 58,000 now.
