Clinkscales Follows Moneymaker Out the Door

Chris Moneymaker was recently eliminated from play and his table mate, Rex Clinkscales, soon followed. We caught the hand where he lost a majority of his stack but it seems the killing blow came only a few hands later.

According to Clinkscales' Twitter, he got his money in with against a player's on a board. The river was a queen to give Clinkscales' opponent a higher pair and he was sent packing.

We missed the details but judging by Chris Moneymaker's vacant seat and his recent tweet, it is safe to assume he has been eliminated from play.

Clinkscales Doubles Opponent

We picked up with the action when the board read . Rex Clinkscales announced "all in" which was a bet to put his opponent all in for his last 10,200. His opponent mulled over the decision for some time before finally deciding to call.

Clinkscales was behind and needed to pair up on the final street in order to see his opponent's exit from the tournament. Unfortunately for Clinkscales, the river was the of no help and he was forced to ship over a solid portion of his stack. He's now sitting on about 16,000 in chips.
