Ben Sabrin had the button in seat 2. Action folded all the way around to John Devia in the small blind and he raised to 52,000. Giovanni Marcacci, playing from the big blind, peeked down at his hole cards and then announced all in. Devia insta-called. The players showed:

Marcacci:

By the turn, Devia was still ahead, but Marcacci had truckloads of outs. The board read {10-Diamonds}

. It was announced that Marcacci could catch an ace, a queen, a diamond, any jack, any ten or any nine. The river hit Giovanni square coming the {A-Spades}

. An expressionless Devia sat back down and pushed 63,000 more chips over to Marcacci to call his all in. Marcacci doubled through one time chipleader John Devia.

and both players checked. The turn brought the {J-Diamonds}

and again both players checked. The {9-Diamonds}

came off on the river and Ryan Young checked. Tom Schneider bet 50,000. Young, who had Schneider covered, thought for a bit and then announced all in. A patient Schneider eventually called. Young showed {Q-Spades}

for the straight, which bested his Schneider's {K-Diamonds}

. Tom Schneider was eliminated in 8th place and leaves with $38,928 for his efforts.

John Devia had the button in seat 3. Donald Nicholson raised to 36,000 from middle position and Devia called. The flop came {A-Diamonds}

. Nicholson bet 50,000 and Devia called. The turn brought the {A-Clubs}

. Nicholson again bet 50,000, and Devia called. The river came the {J-Diamonds}

. Nicholson again fired 50,000. This time Devia announced a raise and slid out 150,000. Nicholson called and got the bad news. Devia showed {10-Hearts}

for the full house and Nicholson showed K-K as he mucked.
