After just getting started building her stack back, Anna Wroblewski found herself all-in with A-K versus an opponent's A-Q. They both flopped an ace, but Anna's kicker was good and she doubled up to 72,000.

Wroblewski Begins Building Back

After losing a lot of her stack in a previous hand, Anna Wroblewski found herself all in preflop with pocket queens. She was called by a single opponent who had A-K. Her opponent didn't catch an ace or a king and was eliminated. Oddly enough, just before the elimination hand, her opponent had bought her a drink. Talk about a "thank you"!

Turner Elminated Before the Break

Facing a bet of 2,100 from a late position player, Jon Turner made it an additional 11,000 from the small blind. The player in the big blind moved all-in for 30,000, causing the late position player to fold and leaving only himself and Turner in the hand. Turner made the call and turned over {K-Spades}

. Before his opponent had a chance to show, Turner said "I know you have aces, but I've got outs."

His opponent indeed showed pocket aces and flopped a set with them, eliminating Turner from the event.
