Board: {J-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

Flopping the open-ended straight draw with {10-Spades}{9-Spades}, Anna Wroblewski moved all-in on the turn when the {7-Spades} fell, giving her the straight plus an open-ended straight flush draw. Her opponent called with {K-Spades}{J-Spades}, but her straight held up, giving her 37,600.

Alex Jacob Running Hot

Alex Jacob
Alex Jacob
Alex Jacob's {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts} outran his opponent's {Q-Spades}{K-Spades}. He called a shortstack's all-in and when the dust settled the board read {J-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{7-Spades}{A-Spades}{2-Diamonds}. Jacob's set of sevens was more than enough to send another player home and take his stack to 57,000.

Chris "Jesus" Ferguson made it 2,100 to go preflop but was raised by his opponent to 6,500. Ferguson moved all-in for an additional 8,750 and was called. Ferguson showed pocket aces while his opponent flipped over a surprising {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}.

His opponent flopped a 4 and one diamond, then turned a second diamond, but was unable to beat the pair of aces by the river. Ferguson is now up to 31,000.

A Turner Tantrum

Jon "Pearljammer" Turner
Jon "Pearljammer" Turner
Action folded to Jon "Pearljammer" Turner who raised to 2,000 from the button. The big blind called the raise and it was heads up to the flop: {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. The big blind moved all-in and Turner went into the tank.

After a lengthy deliberation, Turner made the call and showed {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. He had outflopped his opponent's {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. The turn card {Q-Spades} was a blank but the {K-Spades} on the river gave the big blind the winner. Turner lost his cool and pounded the table in anger, knocking over the chip stack of another player in the process.

Jon Turner Caught Bluffing

Jon Turner opened for 1,625 from UTG. Action folded to the player on the button who called. The flop came {9-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}. Turner bet 1,650 and his opponent wasted no time calling. Both players checked when the {3-Clubs} came off on the turn. The river came a {Q-Spades} and Turner moved all-in. His opponent pushed his remaining 2,300 towards the center and Turner tossed his cards into the muck without a showdown.
