Hoa Nguyen raised to 32,000 from UTG, Vesenia Garcia moved all in for an additional 94,500. The action folded around back to Nguyen who tanked for several minutes. She asked for an exact count and discovered that Garcia had her covered by 1,500. Finally, Nguyen called.

The flop was a stomach-churning {Q-Clubs} {10-Hearts} {9-Clubs}, Nguyen flopping top set, but Garcia picking up an open-ended straight draw. The turn was the {8-Hearts}, filling Garcia's straight and the {7-Diamonds} rolled off on the river. Nguyen couldn't boat up and she was eliminated in 16th place, taking home $7,472.

After the hand, Garcia was overheard saying "I had to do it... I've been hitting everything today" as she stacked up her 265,000 in chips.

Dawn Murray raised to 20,000. Marie Hoang reraised all in. She had Murray covered. After some thought, Murray made the call. Murray turned over {A-Clubs} {6-Clubs} and Hoang tabled {K-Spades} {K-Hearts} for a commanding lead preflop.

The dealer checked the chip stacks and then ran the flop... {10-Spades} {10-Diamonds} {7-Spades}. The turn came the {Q-Clubs}, but Murray was still looking for help.

The river was the {10-Hearts} and put an end to Murray's tournament. She finished in 17th place.

A few hands after Juli Campos went out, Elaine Watkins decided to try her luck as well. She moved all in under the gun. The action folded around to the small blind, Marla Crumpler, who made the call. The big blind folded.

Watkins: {4-Diamonds} {4-Spades}

Watkins had five cards to get a double up and couldn't do it. {J-Hearts} {J-Clubs} {8-Hearts} was the flop and no help for Watkins. The turn and river did the same. First the {6-Diamonds} and then the {2-Clubs}. Watkins finished in 19th place.

Crumpler has boosted her stack to over 100,000.

In a blind versus blind battle, Juli Campos made it 12,000 to go from the small blind. Christine Priday reraised to 18,000 and Campos called.

Flop: {10-Hearts} {9-Spades} {2-Clubs}

Campos led out for 20,000 and Priday raised to 60,000. Campos then moved all in for around 150,000 total. Priday studied and studied for a few minutes before she announced call. Priday flipped over {3-Spades} {3-Clubs} and made an amazing call as Campos held on king high with {K-Spades} {J-Hearts}. The table was really impressed, but Priday would need to wait out two more cards.

The dealer burned and turned... {6-Spades}. So far, so good.

Another burn and then the river came the {2-Hearts}. Campos was eliminated on the hand and Priday moved to neck in neck with Svetlana Gromenkova.

Campos finished in 20th position.

Nancy Ricks Eliminated in 21st Place ($5,848)

Nancy Ricks was nursing her short stack for a while before she moved all in with {A-Spades} {10-Spades} in late position. Sue Porter called her from the cutoff with {K-Hearts} {J-Hearts}. It was only 22,000 for Porter to call and she easily had the chips to do it.

The flop came {A-Hearts} {8-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} and Ricks was looking to double. The turn brought the {8-Hearts} and then the river the {9-Hearts}. Porter was able to go runner, runner for the flush. She has been running and playing really well and now sits over 200,000.

Ricks was out in 21st place.
