Victor Ramdin was involved in a hand on seventh street just now where his opponent's hole card was dealt face up. The floor was called and the ruling was made that the card could not be changed and Ramdin was not required to expose his seventh-street card.
Ramdin bet out and his opponent called and he showed a seven-six low to win the hand.
