Phil Hellmuth raised to 200 from under the gun. Paul Spitzberg called from the button and the big blind came along as well.

The flop came down {10-Hearts} {8-Hearts} {8-Diamonds}. The big blind checked, as did Hellmuth. Spitzberg bet 625. The big blind passed and Hellmuth moved all in for 1,325. Spitzberg called and the players showed:

The turn and river blanked for Paul and he was left with 2,700 chips. Hellmuth, meanwhile, is up to 3,275.

Michael Mizrachi Doubles Up

Action folded around to a short-stacked Michael Mizrachi, who moved all in for his last 1,300 from the button. The big blind looked him up and the players showed:

Opponent: {Q-Diamonds} {J-Hearts}

The flop hit Mizrachi hard coming {K-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds}. His opponent needed runner-runner to eliminated him. The miracle never came and Mizrachi doubled up to 2,725 chips.

Action folded to James Van Alstyne and he moved all in from middle postion for 1,150. The big blind was the only player to make the call and they showed:

Four players including Humberto Brenes on the button and both blinds limped in and saw a flop of {Q-Spades} {5-Clubs} {4-Clubs}. Action was checked around. The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and everyone checked again. The river was the {8-Clubs} . The small blind bet 250, the big blind and the first limper folded, Brenes raised to 750 and the small blind called.

The small blind showed {J-Clubs} {7-Clubs} for the flush but Brenes held the nut flush with {A-Clubs} {9-Clubs} and won the pot, increasing his stack to 7,400.

Jacob Dominates

The UTG player raised to 250, Alex Jacob raised to 1,000 from early position, the UTG player moved all in for 1,600 and Jacob called. Jacob's {A-Spades} {K-Hearts} dominated his opponent's {K-Diamonds} {10-Hearts}, which could not improve on the {4-Clubs} {3-Hearts} {2-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {6-Clubs} board. Jacob is now up to 7,000.
