Two for Two

James Copeland has become the executioner of Blue #5. First, he got Chad Brown all in before the first draw. After the first draw, Copeland made Number One. Brown had a chance to catch up for a chop, drawing with 7-4-3-2 after the second draw. He didn't catch the five he needed, instead drawing a seven to pair sevens.

Shortly thereafter, he eliminated Phil Hellmuth by again making Number One, this time on the second draw. Hellmuth stood pat after the second draw with a Q-7, perhaps hoping to induce Copeland to break his hand and draw to a pair. It didn't happen; Hellmuth is out.

Copeland, meanwhile, has about 53,000 in chips.
