Final Table Bios: Seat 2: Theo Tran (Las Vegas, NV) - 1,884,000

Theo Tran is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

With his fourth-place finish in Event #2 earlier this week, Tran has climbed over $1.5 million in tournament earnings. Though he has certainly been successful, Tran is not yet the owner of a WSOP bracelet. His highest finish came last year in the $1,000 rebuy event, where he took second place and nearly $400,000. A win today would be the largest single cash of his poker career. He is certainly the handicapping favorite headed into today's action.

Final Table Bios: Seat 3: Shannon Shorr (Las Vegas, Nevada) 627,000

Shannon Shorr is a 23-year-old native of Birmingham, Alabama. He was a star baseball player at Shades Valley High School, and attended the University of Alabama for two and a half years. He was working on a degree in Civil Engineering before he withdrew during his junior year to pursue his career as a professional poker player. His home base is Tuscaloosa, Alabama, but he spends the majority of the year on the road traveling the tournament circuit.

His has more than $2 million in career tournament earnings. His largest single cash came in 2006, when he captured the $10,000 Bellagio Cup championship. That was worth $960,690, and he'll pick up another half million dollars today if he can outlast the others and win the bracelet.

Final Table Bios: Seat 6: Chris Bjorin (London, United Kingdom) 205,000

Chris Bjorin is a native of Sweden, and currently resides in London, England where he is retired. He is a two-time WSOP bracelet winner. In total, he has been in the money 39 times at the WSOP, including three final tables last year, and has more than $3.5 million in total winnings over the course of his poker career.

Bjorin lists his age as "too old", but he hopes to show that he has acquired a good deal of wisdom in his years. Being the senior member of the table, he is looking to teach these youngsters a little lesson.

Final Table Bios: Seat 8: J.C. Tran (Sacramento, California) 273,000

The most decorated player at today's final table, Justin Cuong Van Tran is a 31-year-old professional poker player born in Vietnam. He has made three WSOP final tables, five WPT final tables, and was the 2006-2007 WPT Player of the Year. In 2007, he took down the title at the WPT World Poker Challenge in Reno, NV. With this final table cash, he will move over $6 million in lifetime earnings.
