According to some of the tournament directors, Nick Schulman was disgusted with a hand and tossed a card from the table. Kenny Tran chimed in and told him not to do it and that he was out of line. Schulman was a little ticked off that Tran butted in and snapped back at Kenny. The dealer than asked Schulman to stand up and leave the table for a few moments before the floor came over to clear things up between Tran and Schulman. Both are back at the table now and back in action.
On a flop of Ted Forrest led out from the small blind, Patrik Antonius raised from the cutoff, Tony G. called from the button, Forrest three-bet, and both Antonius and Tony G called. Antonius turned up for tens full of sixes but Forrest rolled over for quad sixes and took down the pot, increasing his stack to 40,000. Antonius was left on life support with only 5,000.
Jason Lester had bet out on a flop of into Allen Cunningham and Tony Cousineau. Both players called. The turn checked around when the fell off.
On the river of the , Lester bet again and only Cunningham called.
Lester said, "Two pair, tens and threes."
Cunningham was about to muck his hand, but then pulled it back and said, "Just tens and threes?" But then he mucked his hand after all and Lester scooped the pot. He is now at 40,000.
Out of the 192 players who entered this event, only three are women -- Jennifer Harman, Katja Thater, and Vanessa Rousso. That's about 1.5 percent of the field, compared to the 3 percent females usually comprise.
