Just when you thought it was all heading south for Phil Ivey, he's back once again, and not with a double up, but a triple up!
In Omaha-8, Ivey raised the button after Steve Wong had limped in. Frank Debus called in the big blind as did Wong.
The flop was and Debus led out with a bet which both opponents called. The turn brought the and Debus checked to Wong who this time led the betting, however again both opponents called.
The river was the and action checked to Ivey who took his turn to be the aggressor by moving his last 9,000 into the middle. Debus folded to leave himself just 40,000 behind as Wong made the call.

The turn was the and river the and Wong collects the pot with his aces to eliminate Debus in 12th place. He'll collect $13,274 for his efforts.
Just before the break Dutch Boyd collected a nice Stud-8 pot against Eric Buchman.
Boyd fired on the river showing and Buchman made the call with on board. However Boyd rolled over () for a full house to scoop the pot as Buchman mucked.
The players are back into the Hi/Lo action with one more elimination required before we will move across to one of the feature tables, which will no doubt please the throngs of fans currently on the rail.

In a recent hand of Omaha-8, Tom Koral raised from the cutoff and Ming Lee defended his big blind.
The flop came down and Lee checked to Koral who fired a bet. Lee made the call.
The turn was the and both checked to see the hit the river. Lee led out with a bet and Koral gave it up to slip to 48,000 and once again the short stack of the field. Lee is up to 465,000 and in very good shape.
Matt Kelly was all in with his short stack in a recent hand of Stud-8. He had to get past Carlos Mortensen and Ming Lee who continued to bet heavily into the side pot. On the river the action was capped and the cards tabled.

Kelly couldn't get past Lee's full house for the high as Mortensen took the low. Kelly departs in 10th place for $16,517 in prize money.
