Din Dins

A one hour dinner break is upon us. Rep Porter leads on 138,000, but a certain Mr. Hellmuth will enjoy his dinner as his moves have taken him over the one hundred thousand mark. See you in an hour peeps.

Two Things Ready to Pop

Players, 49 of you remain but only 45 of you are getting paid.

We're nearing the bubble meaning play has slowed somewhat whereas the tension level had risen somewhat. This is a great time for the big stacks or those not bothered about a minimum cash can really take advantage.

Bubble Rapidly Approaching

We're down to just 49 here in our little limit corner of the Amazon Room, of whom only 45 are going to get paid. With just six minutes to go until dinner though, it looks as though the unfortunates who don't make it are going to have their disappointment delayed for an hour or so.

Blind Battle

It was folded around to the SB player, who raised it up and was called by Alex Kravchenko in the BB. The {Q-Hearts} {3-Clubs} {2-Clubs} flop saw SB lead and Kravchenko call before the turn came {8-Spades}. The SB check-raised the Russian at this stage. A call was made to take us to the {9-Diamonds} river. The SB led for a bet and was called.

Kravchenko's {Q-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds} was good to beat the SB's {Q-Spades} {10-Spades}. Kavchenko is still in with 32,000 his current state.

Wong Jared in a Pot

There was an UTG raise that both Jared O'Dell and Fu Wong called. The UTG player ducked out of the way on the {3-Clubs} {6-Spades} {J-Clubs} flop, but the other two stayed to see the {4-Hearts} turn. Wong check-called O'Dell's bet to see the {2-Clubs} river. Another check-call from Wong, followed by a fold upon seeing O'Dell's {3-Diamonds} {3-Hearts} for a flopped set.

O'Dell up to 92,000, Wong on 25,000.

Just What the Doc Ordered for Martens

Andreas Martens is up to 70,000 after finding himself in the big blind and calling an under the gun raise.

He and Mr. Under The Gun saw a {2-Diamonds} {4-Spades} {7-Clubs} flop, which they both absolutely loved. Martens checked, Mr. Under The Gun bet, Martens raised, Mr. Under The Gun reraised, and Martens called.

Martens merely check-called the {5-Hearts} turn and both checked the {A-Clubs} river. The cards were shown and it was Martens' pocket {Q-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} that was just ahead of Mr. Under The Gun's pocket {J-Hearts} {J-Spades} to take the pot.
