Team Pro Chops One Up

Team PokerStars Pro Barry Greenstein is one of the most recognizable faces on the team as he's a fixture in the largest tournaments and cash games around the world. One of his three bracelets came in pot-limit Omaha back in 2005.

After a player raised under the gun to 225, Greenstein reraised to 800. Action then folded to the small blind and he raised again to 2,250. The big blind and the original raiser folded before Greenstein called all in for 1,500 total as this was one of his first hands since entering the tournament.

Greenstein held the {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and his opponent the {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts}.

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and wouldn't ya know, the pot was chopped between the two players. Greenstein added a tiny bit to his stack and now has 1,675 in chips.

He's seated next to Michael Chow who won the $1,500 Omaha Hi-Lo this year and also final tabled the $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo World Championship.

Split It Up Boeken

With the board read {k-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades}{5-Hearts} Noah Boeken opened the pot with a 1,700-chip bet. The player on the button called and the small blind eventually folded.

The river card was a {6-Clubs} and Boeken moved all in. The button called.

Showdown
Boeken: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}
Opponent: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{3-Hearts}

Split pot and Boeken is now up to 8,000 chips.

Rivera Crippled

Catching up with the action between Anthony Rivera and one other player, the final board read {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades}. Rivera had bet 700 after his opponent checked. The player then check-raised the pot to 3,000. Rivera tanked for quite some time and then finally made the call.

"I have kings full," announced the player, tabling the {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}.

The player then asked to see Rivera's hand and the dealer turned over the {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. Rivera was left with just 25 chips. He has already used all his add-on chips as well.
