The board was showing when we walked up to the table. Matthew Kelly and Terrence Chan checked to Mitch Schock who bet. Both Kelly and Chan made the call and the three went to the river.
The came on the turn. Kelly checked, as did Chan. Schock bet. Kelly folded and Chan made the call.
On the turn, both players checked and Chan turned over for a straight to take the pot.
Robert Beveridge led from the small blind with the board reading . Joseph McGowan called with the button and the turn brought the . Beveridge slowed down, check-calling a bet from McGowan.
The river was the and Beveridge led out. McGowan raised however, forcing Beveridge to muck his hand.
Beveridge slipped to 103,000 chips while McGowan grew his stack to 124,000.
