Eskandani Takes One

Razz

Mori Eskandani{x-}{x-} / {5-}{j-}{6-}{8-} / {x-}
Viacheslav Zhukov{x-}{x-} / {6-}{8-}{5-}{q-} / {x-}

We caught up with the action on fourth street, where Zhukov led out. Eskandani called. Zhukov led again on fifth, Eskandani called, and when Eskandani made a better board on sixth, he led out. Zhukov called.

Eskandani fired once more on seventh, and Zhukov folded his hand. Eskandani raked in the pot, and now has more than the starting stack of 30,000 chips.

Andrew Brown, David Oppenheim, and Alexander Kravchenko took a flop of {6-Clubs}{2-Spades}{5-Spades}. Oppenheim checked, Kravchenko bet, and Brown raised. Both Oppenheim and Kravchenko called. The {q-Hearts} turned, and Oppenheim checked to Kravchenko, who bet again. Brown just called, and Oppenheim called again.

The {j-Hearts} completed the board, and Oppenheim checked a third time. Kravchenko bet, and Brown and Oppenheim called.

The Hidden Camera Show on Table 364

Stud 8

No table is having more fun in event Event 32: $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. than Table 364. Every five minutes or so, all eight players burst into hysterical laughter, and a few minutes ago was no exception.

Tom Koral, who is apparently being needled by Ali Eslami, was in a pot against Bill Chen.

Koral{x-}{x-} / {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} / {x-}
Chen{x-}{x-} / {7-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} / {x-}

The two were heads up heading to fourth street, where Koral check-called a bet. Chen made a pair of sevens of fifth, and led out, and Koral raised. Chen called. Chen led again on sixth, Koral just called this time, and both players were dealt seventh street face down. Chen bet, and Koral called.

"Three sevens," Chen announced. "And actually a low too."

Chen tabled {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for trip sevens and an eighty-seven low. Koral mucked, while the entire table broke out into laughter.

"Actually a low," Scott Seiver repeated. "I actually have the nuts."

"I feel like I'm on some sort of hidden camera show," Koral said. "He catches the one-outer seven, you [Eslami] keep needling me."

The table erupted once more, while Chen pulled in the pot.

Deeb's River Raise

Level 1

Stud

David Baker{x-}{x-} / {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} (FOLDED)
David Benyamine{x-}{x-} / {7-Spades}{4-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{7-Clubs} / {x-}
Freddy Deeb{x-}{x-} / {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{4-Spades} / {x-}

Deeb led out on fifth street, Baker tank-folded, and Benyamine quickly called. When Benyamine paired on sixth, he decided to lead out, and Deeb quickly called. On seventh, Benyamine led again, but this time Deeb raised. Benyamine tank-folded and Deeb flashed two of his cards while folding.

One of them looked like the six or eight of diamonds, but we're not positive. What we do know however, is that Deeb raked in the pot.
