Kristijonas Andrulis
Kristijonas Andrulis

We got to the action postflop, where Andrulis and his opponent were all-in. The pot was just under 12,000, which is a significant amount at this stage in the tournament.

Andrulis: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-}{q-}

The flop came {j-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{a-Spades}{q-Spades}{8-Clubs}, and Andrulis lost to a higher 2-pair. He is down to 1,250 in chips.

Chang Lee Knocks Out Two

Level 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

A middle position player opened the action with an all in for 2,200. He found two callers: the button and the big blind, Chang Lee. When the hands were turned over, Lee had {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}, the middle position player showed {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} and the button was holding {5-Hearts}{5-Spades}.

Lee's kings held on a board of {8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{j-Spades} and he busted two players.

Serock Finds a Hand

Level 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

From the cutoff position, Joe Serock just pushed his 925 stack into the middle. The button, the owner of not many chips himself, repushed allin which made both blinds fold. The button showed {A-Clubs}{7-Hearts} but was in trouble against Serock's {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}. The flop ({Q-Hearts}{3-Spades}{8-Spades}), turn ({7-Spades}) and river ({Q-Diamonds}) brought no help for the button and guaranteed Serock the double-up.

Aces Versus Kings Versus Jacks for Hanks

Level 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

We missed the exact preflop action, but we're pretty sure three players put in 1,800 from which the small blind was allin. Hanks was in late position and the hijack was also involved. The dealer announced that any further betting would be on the side.

Both active players checked on {2-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and the {10-Clubs} hit the turn. Hanks bet out 925 and his next door neighbor raised it up to 3,500. Hanks pushed allin for 7,075 and the call followed. The small blind got up from the table because he could feel his {K-Diamonds}{K-Spades} was in trouble. And so it was, as Hanks showed his {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}. The hijack had {J-Diamonds}{J-Spades} and the river improved no one: {5-Clubs}.

Musumeci Gets Respect

Level 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

Action folds to Amanda Musumeci on the button where she bumped it up to 450. The big blind called and checked dark as a {a-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{9-Hearts} flop was dealt. Musumeci checked behind.

The big blind led for 750 when the {3-Hearts} turn came and Musumeci went all in. After taking some time, the big blind folded and Musumeci takes the pot.
