JC Alvarado and Fung Cheung just sat down in the event. Cheung, who cashed in the Main Event earlier today, sat down at the table with Tony G and Marvin Rettenmaier. Alvarado joins the table with Richard Yong and David Benefield.
Fung Cheung checked the board, and John Juanda fired 6,800. After a tiny bit of thought, Cheung called to see the dealer land the on the river. Cheung checked, and Juanda checked behind.

Tobias Reinkemeier raised to 3,000 and Alex Mostafavi called on the button. Sam Trickett was in the big blind and he called as well.
The flop brought out and all three players checked.
On the turn the hit and Trickett checked again. Reinkemeier bet 6,000 and Mostafavi folded. Trickett grabbed some more chips and check-raised to 23,500. Reinkemeier gave it some thought and folded.
The river was the and Trickett tanked for a good minute before he decided to check. Reinkemeier also took his time, but eventually he bet 36,000. Trickett seemed confused and played around with his chips for a couple of minutes before folding.
The dust seemed to have settled down, and everyone is taking it easy. Players are taking their time with every decision, and so far there were no pots of huge importance in this level. In total there will be eight levels played today.
From under the gun, Alex Mostafavi opened with a raise to 3,200. Daniel Negreanu was next to act and fired in a reraise to 9,200. After play folded back around to Mostafavi, he called to take a flop.
The flop came down , and things were quick and easy from there. Mostafavi checked, Negreanu bet 11,000, and Mostafavi folded.
