Nicolas Oger has just raked in a double up through Jason Cook after being down to 63,000 in chips.
When we arrived at the table, Oger had his on the felt and a board was spread out. We didn't see what Cook held, but we did see his cards face down in the muck.
Amant Nauhria opened from under the gun to 13,000 and Karan Punjabi bumped it to 30,000 next to speak. The table folded back to Nauhria who took a glance at his opponent stack of about 150,000 and announced all in. Punjabi didn’t hesitate to call and the cards were on their backs!
Nauhria:

Punjabi’s rail were calling for a lady but the board would run out . Punjabi had looked very solid throughout but the cooler sends him to the rail in 16th place as Nauhria is now our chip leader with around 600,000 in chips.
The final 16 in the ANZPT Auckland Main Event are back from their break and the final level of the night has now begun. There will be 60 minutes of action remaining, unless we make it to the final table.
Ben Rendall’s tournament has come to an end in 18th place in unfortunate fashion. Rendall clashed with Stanislav Chataline preflop with Rendall running his smack-bang into Chataline’s .
The board would run out and the two stacks were cut down as they were very close in chips. The final count was Chataline with 171,500 and Rendall holding 172,500. Yep, Rendall would be left with a single 1,000-denomination chip.
Would this be a chip-and-a-chair comeback story for the ages? Sadly not, as Rendall’s last chip was in the middle next hand, never to return.
Chris Ozer continues to argue the point with Toni Quedley. Ozer recently walked into the tournament area, claiming that his penalty has finished when his previous table broke as there were no more orbits. Quedley explained that no, it was number of hands, not orbits, so the penalty continues on his new table.
Then Ozer tried again a few moments later to claim that his penalty was over, but Quedley was having none of it.
“If you come into this area one more time, I’m going to blind you out of the tournament!” Quedley fired.
Ozer was then overheard saying, "I love this shit," as he walked off to the rail.
Jason Cook landed a big pot from chip leader Anesone Bragouits a little while ago but he’s given some of those chips back as the two clashed once again.
We picked up the action on the flop with Cook firing bets of 15,000 on the flop, 25,000 on the turn and then another 45,000 on the river on the board of .
Bragouits made the call and Cook gave a nod saying, “Nice call”. Cook opened as Bragouits took it down with .
