I've just been looking around for some big stacks and saw a large pot develop. Online qualifier Russell Carson got all his chips in with on flop against a player unfortunate enough to hold and miss his huge draw. Carson, from the U.S., is up to over 42K and appears to have the biggest stack in the room in the fifth level.
Russell looks like he's ready to go trick-or-treating.
Dinner is over and there are a lot of cash games forming, no sign of Crazy Horse Ram Vaswani but Roland De Wolfe has been spotted playing Chinese Poker in the restaurant. There is also a particularly juicy 20/40 Omaha game just starting.

The media center has moved and is no longer a non-smoking area. Unlike most of the journalists here I'm not a chain smoker but I can't say a word for fear of being forced into exile. Grrrr!!
Our mascot, APAT champion Lee Mulligan, just took a big hit when holding the nuts. Booooo!!
Lee had been working well to get his stack back from 6K up to 12K. Then, after an early position raise and a call in front of him, he called with and the flop came . Lee check-raised all in and was called by . A club on the turn meant Lee lost a pot of about 20K and is now in trouble on just 2800.
Our man Lee is nursing a short stack of $2000; we would tell him all he needs is a chip and a chair but we fear he may slap us. John Shipley is also hanging on for dear life with $4000.
Jacob Rasmussen and ElkY are both holding huge stacks at the same table, and we're keeping an eye on that one in case they end up locking horns.
Ram Vaswani has just entered the building and if a cash game should develop nearby you can bet your bottom dollar we'll be watching.
Mats Iremark has moved tables, completed his Rubik's Cube for the second time AND moved his stack up to about 18K. I think I overheard Julian Thew say he ran kings into aces (he was on Iremark's table originally), but I don't know if he's still in the tournament as half the tables have gone for a bite to eat. I'll try to get another list of chipcounts to you shortly.
