A New Leader Emerges

Chip Leader Joel Micka
Chip Leader Joel Micka
After notching that last knockout, it appears that Joel "JMPRODIGY" Micka has just taken a slight chip lead. He has worked his way up to 240,000, and seems to be the top dog in the room now.

Kielesinski Kiboshed

Aaron Kielesinski - Eliminated
Aaron Kielesinski - Eliminated
Aaron Kielesinski opened with a late-position raise to 7,000. Action came around to big stack Joel Micka, and he moved all in, putting the heat on his opponent. Kielesinski quickly called, and he was at risk for the remainder of his chips.

Showdown:
Kielesinski: {9-Clubs} {9-Diamonds}
Micka: {A-Clubs} {K-Diamonds}

Trouble found Kielesinski on the flop, as the dealer ran out the board of {2-Spades} {A-Hearts} {4-Hearts} {4-Spades} {2-Diamonds}. With his pocket pair failing to hold up, Kielesinski is sent to the exit in 21st place. There's reason to celebrate for him though, as he won his seat in a satellite for just seven dollars! Turning that into just shy of $10,000 is no small feat.

Molina No More

Maurice Molina got it all in with {Q-?} {Q-?}, and was called down by an opponent holding {9-?} {9-?}, who had Molina covered.

Unfortunately for the at-risk player, his opponent spiked a third nine, vanquishing him to the rail sooner than hoped.

Jason Frazee Out Next

Jason Frazee and chip leader Brent Sheirbon just tangled up in a big pot, and it resulted in Frazee running out of chips.

The flop showed up {2-Hearts} {2-Clubs} {3-Hearts}, and that's where Frazee got all in. Sheirbon matched the bet, tabling {Q-Spades} {Q-Clubs}. Frazee was in fantastic shape, having outflopped his opponent holding {A-Clubs} {2-Clubs}. The turn was a blank, the {7-Spades}, but lightning struck on the river, when the {Q-Diamonds} peeled off, giving Sheirbon the winning full house. He eliminates Jason Frazee, upping his chip lead in the process.

Break Time

The clock has been paused, and the players are on a 15-minute break, during which the green T25 chips will be colored up and raced off.

Frazee Hoping in Big Slick

Jason Frazee came in with a middle-position raise to 6,000. Action came to big stack Robert Woodcock, who asked Frazee to move his hands so he could eye up Frazee's chip stack. After taking in the necessary information, he put in a reraise to 15,500. That was enough to get the rest of the players out, but Frazee wasn't going anywhere. He shrugged his shoulders, grabbed his remaining 35,275 chips and pushed them all in. Woodcock quickly called.

Showdown:
Frazee: {A-Spades} {K-Diamonds}
Woodcock: {A-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds}

The dealer spread out the board in Frazee's favor, as she ran out {10-Spades} {4-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} {7-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds}. The all-in player's king kicker held, and he earned a timely double up to right around 80,000.
