Lisa Walsh -- Chip Magnet
Lisa Walsh -- Chip Magnet
Lisa Walsh just climbed a few rungs higher up the ladder with the elimination of Steve Matson.

Walsh: {A-Diamonds} {K-Hearts}

The board filled out {K-Diamonds} {9-Clubs} {2-Spades} {J-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} in favor of Walsh, who eliminated Matson and took down the pot, which brought her to 65,000 in chips for the day.

Calendro and Ali Trade Punches

Roberto Calandro opened with a raise to 1,100. Gursel Ali called, as did two other players.

The flop came down {10-Spades} {3-Clubs} {4-Hearts}. Calandro continued out with a bet of 2,500, and Ali raised to 5,500. The other two men ducked out, but Calandro put in the call.

The turn brought the {6-Clubs}. Calandro led right back out into Ali, pushing in 4,000 chips. Ali raised to 15,000, and Calandro folded. He is left with just 6,000 chips, while Ali is up to 48,000.

Stewart Allen Seeks Inspiration

Stewart Allen and "Intent"
Stewart Allen and "Intent"
Stewart Allen has captured our attention on the feature table today with his interesting array of motivational cards that he is carrying in his shirt pocket.

Each card has a one or two word title that is visible out of his pocket, which you can see in the image to the right, and on the card are a few words or images of inspiration.

It seems that Allen rotates through the cards depending on his mood and the motivation that he requires at the time.

Some of the cards he has used already today "Relax", "Progress", "Wait", "Intent" and his latest one "Synchronicity".

Allen also let us in on a few of the cards that are yet to come - "Imagine", "Intention", "Believe In Yourself" and our favorite "Financial Flow".

Peter Pratis Eliminated

Peter Pratis was short-stacked and decided to commit his last 1,675 chips which found two callers.

The flop came {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and Abel Cabrera moved all in to force the second caller out of the pot.

Pratis held only {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and would need to improve as Cabrera held top pair with his {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}.

The turn was the {K-Diamonds} and the river the {2-Hearts} to send Pratis to the rail.

Michael v. Michael

Over on Table 29, two men see a flop of {10-Diamonds} {K-Spades} {3-Hearts}. Michael Chrisanthopoulos moves all in, and Michael Comer puts him to the test, having his opponent covered.

Showdown:
Chrisanthopoulos: {K-Clubs} {3-Spades}
Comer: {K-Diamonds} {10-Hearts}

Both men flopped two pair, but it is Comer who has come out ahead. The turn and river fail to improve the at-risk Chrisanthopoulos, as the {9-Spades} and {7-Spades} are the last board cards he will see in this event.

Seri Eliminated By Potter

Jakob Boh raised it up to 1,500 before James Potter put in the reraise to a total of 10,500. Billy Seri shoved over the top for his last 14,550 with Boh folding and Potter making the call.

Potter: {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}
Seri: {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}

The board bricked out {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds} to leave Potter with the winning hand as he jumps up to 40,000 chips and sends Seri to the exit.

Another All-In Race

Brian Greig limps into the pot from middle position, and Nebojsa Jancic raises to 2,400 from the button. Michael Rosenfield calls from the big blind, and action is back on Grieg. He says, "I gotta do it sometime," as he grabs his full allotment of 12,550 chips and slides them into the middle. Jancic folds, but Rosenfield is not so sure. He goes into the tank for several minutes before finally making the call.

Showdown:
Greig: {A-Hearts} {K-Spades}
Rosenfield: {Q-Clubs} {Q-Spades}

Greig is racing for all his chips, and he finds some help on the flop. The board ends up reading {K-Diamonds} {9-Spades} {3-Hearts} {8-Spades} {9-Hearts}. Greig's pair of kings trumps Rosenfield's queens, and he more than doubles up, sitting now with about 29,000 in chips.
