After a raise to 125, Dariusz Jedrzejczyk three-bet to 350 on the button and was called by Olaf Kühle in the big blind and the initial raiser. The flop of was checked to the Pole, who continued for 450. Kühle folded and the other player called, then checked again the turn. Jedrzejczyk took another stab at the pot with a bet of 1,000 and that shut down all further resistance.
New faces in the field include Petr Targa, Jiri Horak, David Taborsky, Georgios Zisimopoulos and Sandro Pitzanti. The biggest cash of the Dutchman Pitzanti came earlier this year right here at King's Casino when he finished second for €120,000 in the partypoker Million Germany Main Event in June 2017.
Some 150 players are in their seats in the first level and among those to have already taken their seats are Do Tran, Scott Hanna, Peter Siemund, Jesper Hansen and Felipe Ramos amongst others. Rainer Ziermann glanced over to Ramos and greeted the Brazilian, as the German was on the final table of the Monster Stack also in which Ramos finished second.

Today is the second of two starting flights, and those players lucky enough to find a bag at the end of the day will join the 74 players moving on from Day 1A. Players are allowed one re-entry in each starting flight with late registration remaining open until the beginning of Day 2 on Sunday.
The action will begin with the blinds at 25/50 and a starting stack of 30,000 chips. The blinds will be 45-minute levels with a 15-minute break after every three levels. A total of 12 levels will be played on Day 1 with the blinds increasing to 60-minutes starting on Day 2.
