Antonius Chops with Vladic

Level 3 : 200/400, 50 ante

Stipo Vladic raised to 1,200 and Patrik Antonius three-bet to 3,200 from the button. Quirin Zech quickly glanced over to see the stack size of the Finn and then folded, Vladic called. On the {8-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} flop, both players checked and the same applied for the {3-Hearts} on the turn.

The {10-Clubs} river filled up the board and Vladic bet 5,500. Antonius called and chopped the pot with {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}, as Vladic had the equally strong {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}

No Bluff From Vladic

Level 3 : 200/400, 50 ante

Stipo Vladic tried a "new system" and didn't raise but limped from under the gun, putting out 16 yellow T-25 chips. Elliot Smith called from the small blind and Franco Cantarella checked his option in the big blind. On the {K-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Spades} flop both players in the blinds checked and Vladic bet 1,500.

Smith quickly folded and Cantarella waved away the hand of his opponent to see the stack or try to get some other information, grinning all over the face and saying "bluff!" while mucking his own cards. Vladic leaned over and then grinned back "bluff? no bluff,", showing the {9-Diamonds} for flopped trips ... .

Zech Sends Antonius to the Rail

Quirin Zech raised from under the gun and picked up two callers in Stipo Vladic and Patrik Antonius out of the big blind. The Finn led the flop {3-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for 3,000 and both opponents called before the {A-Spades} appeared on the turn.

Antonius checked, Zech bet 9,500 and Vladic folded before Antonius check-raised all in for exactly 55,000. Zech snap-called and they turned them over:

Zech: {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} for top set on the turn
Antonius: {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for flopped bottom set

The one outer to save the Finn didn't come, instead it was the {8-Spades} on the river that completed the board.

Zech Takes from Nowak

Level 3 : 200/400, 50 ante

Renato Nowak opened the action with a raise from the cutoff and then called the three-bet of Quirin Zech for 2,800 from one seat over. On the flop {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}, Nowak check-called a bet worth 3,400 and then checked again the {8-Diamonds} on the turn. Zech's second barrel was worth 10,200 and that proved to be enough to shut down his opponent.

Vladic's King-High No Good

Level 4 : 250/500, 50 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Quirin Zech bet the {8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} flop for 600 and Elliot Smith called from one seat over in the big blind. On the {K-Clubs} turn, Zech made it 1,600 to go and Smith called once more before giving up to the third barrel on the {Q-Spades} river.

Zech continued to get involved in the hands when Stipo Vladic defended his big blind and then led 4,000 on the river of a {5-Hearts}{A-Spades}{J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} board. Zech called with the {A-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and the {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades} of Vladic was no good.
