Almost Go Time

We're less than 10 minutes away from the start of Event No. 5, the first $1,500 no-limit hold'em event of the summer. Two quarters of the Pavilion are filling with players, and we're expecting many of the casualties from the first two days of Event No. 3 to take a shot at the Series' second no-limit hold'em event.

Last year's winner was Panayote "Pete" Vilandos. We'll see if he turns up in an effort to take back-to-back bracelets.

Registration will remain open until the start of level three. The plan is to play through 10 levels today and then pick things up at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon.
