We haven't had much from Phil Ivey today, but that's mostly because it's just been a raise-and-take-it kind of day for Ivey. No one's really wanted to mess with him. Here's an example of that.
Action folded to Wendy Monosky and she raised to 3,000. Play then moved over to Ivey in the small blind. He reraised to 8,000. After the big blind folded, Monosky tossed in her cards and Ivey won the pot.

APPT President Danny McDonough has just announced to the tournament room that he has been made aware that two players are intentionally marking cards and he will be disqualifying them from the tournament if it happens again.
He said that we will assume for now that it is happening by accident and that players should be carfeull when handling the cards.
Australia's David Allan has just seen his stack crack the six-figure mark after starting the day as one of the shorter stacks. A recent hand on Allan's table saw a lot of preflop action as Allan would end up getting his stack all in and have one opponent covered.
