Action folded around to the blinds and somehow Nick Hutchins found himself all in for his short stack from the big blind with up against the of Kurt Jewell.
Hutchins was in a good spot until the flop fell . Jewell hit his six to take the lead and stayed there as the was put out on the turn and the on the river.
Jason Li moved all in for 36,500 with and was called bu the of Chris Welch in the hijack. Li was clearly dismayed to have run such a big hand into one of the fews hands that had him crushed.
The board ran out and Li was sent packing. On the other hand, Welch is up to 130,000.
Level: 19

Tommy Vedes, who started the day just T100 behind the chip leader, has amazingly been eliminated from the WSOPC Harrah's Tunica Main Event less than two levels into play.
As mentioned previously in our live reporting, he suffered a big hit early in the day. That was followed by what would be his last hand. It all began when Mohammed Ali Khan raised to 12,000 from the hijack and Vedes moved all in for around 52,000 more from the small blind. Khan made the call and the cards were turned up:
Vedes:
Khan:
It was a race and Vedes just couldn't catch up as the board ran out . Vedes, who was no doubt one of the favorites at the start of Day 2, was left with no chips and a slew of "what ifs".
Dave Simon moved all in preflop for 37,900 and was called by Maurice Hawkins.
Simon:
Hawkins:
The board ran out an uneventful and Simon was eliminated from the tournament. Meanwhile, Hawkins is up to 92,000.
The second level in Day 2 has seen a bevy of eliminations including:
Andrianto Tan
Nicole Williams
Darrell Manning
Nathan Burdette
Bangalor Subararo
Jim Naifeh
Mac Ledetter
Jonathan Holloway
Jeffrey Whisnant
Alvin Bell Jr.
James Fox
Mitchell Warnock
Don Kidd put in a raise from middle position and was met with an all-in reraise for about 31,000 more by Michael Skorich. Action folded back to Kidd who reluctantly made the call.
Skorich:
Kidd:
It was off to the races as the flop came down . Kidd's sixes managed to hold on to the lead as they did through the turn and river. Kidd took Route 66 to win the race and send Skorich to the rail.
