Mizrachi Takes One From Filippi

After checking on fourth street, Amnon Filippi fired on fifth street with {Q-Hearts}{7-Spades}{K-Clubs} and Robert Mizrachi made the call showing {K-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

On sixth street Filippi caught the {7-Hearts} and fired another bet with a pair on board, but Mizrachi called once again after getting the {2-Diamonds}.

On the river Filipi checked, and this time Mizrachi bet out with Filippi calling. Mizrachi showed ({A-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{10-Spades}) {K-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} for aces and eights which was good as Filippi mucked his hand.

Mizrachi moved to 29,000 and Filippi slips to 18,000.

Don't Mess With the Godfather

Doyle Brunson was in a hand with an unknown opponent. Brunson had bet every street through sixth street and his opponent flat-called.

Brunson checked a board of {Q-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} {10-Hearts} {2-Clubs} and his opponent bet out with a board of {K-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} {8-Spades} {3-Diamonds} . After thinking a moment, Brunson said, "Something's not right with this hand." Brunson then proceeded to call. His opponent turned over (10-7-10) for tens up and Brunson turned over (9-J-10) for jacks up.

Duthie Rolls Up on "The Master"

With a board of {J-Hearts} {K-Spades} {9-Clubs} {J-Clubs}, Men "The Master" Nguyen bet into Paul Duthie's board of {2-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {10-Hearts} {5-Clubs}. Duthie raised and Nguyen called. On the river, Nguyen checked and Duthie bet. Nguyen called and Duthie showed {4-Hearts} {2-Clubs} {2-Spades} for a set of deuces. Apparently, Duthie started with rolled-up deuces.
