WSOP Event Guide
In order to get your hands on the virtual WSOP bracelet, you must win all three of the special events in order to win all three tournament rings. Here's a quick rundown of the events you'll have to master:
Crown Roulette is arguably one of the easier events on the WSOP app because it is a game of very few decisions. The deck contains only 9, T, J, Q, K and A - only 36 of the 52 cards in a normal deck.
Pre-flop players can only call or fold. Once the flop comes, you can only fold or go all-in!
By winning the Crown Roulette event you'll get your hands on the Prestige ring, one of three needed to win the virtual 2020 Fall Series bracelet!
How to Play All In or Fold
Remember that we said Crown Roulette was simple? Well maybe All In or Fold is even easier!
Just go all in, or fold and wait for a better hand. Remember, you still have to win the tournament. So you can't sit there waiting for amazing hands. Sometimes you have to pick a hand and just go with it!
If you manage to survive and win the All In or Fold event, well you'll be rewarded with the Legacy ring.
How to Play Face Off
It's fast. It's furious. And for the last ring as part of the 2020 Fall Series you will have to duel heads-up in Face Off.
If you manage to deal with the increasing blinds and the intensity of playing against a single opponent, you'll win the Ultimate ring.
Remember, when them all and you'll get to show off a fancy 2020 Fall Series virtual bracelet at the online felt.
WSOP: RESPECT THE GAME ("Activity") Official Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY:
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS ACTIVITY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Activity is open to legal residents of the following places who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry:
a. The fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
b. Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec.
Employees (and their immediate families) of Playtika LTD (“Sponsor”) and each of their respective parents, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising & marketing agencies, and persons living in the same household as such persons are not eligible to participate in the Activity, however the Sponsor will not be liable if a prize is awarded to any ineligible entrant in circumstances where the Sponsor did not know and ought not to have known that the entrant was ineligible.
The Activity is void outside of the United States, Canada, is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, local laws and regulations, and is void in the Province of Quebec and where prohibited by law (“Eligible Participant/s”).
2. ACTIVITY PERIOD:
The Activity begins on November 18, 2020 at 5AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on November 23, 2020 at 5AM EST (“Activity Period”). Be sure to check local time where you reside to compare to EST. Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Activity.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
i. Log in to your WSOP account (or create a free account) at playWSOP.com (the “Site”) OR in the WSOP app (the "App"), available via a free download for iOS, Android, Amazon and Windows platforms.
ii. Register in at least of one of the FALL SERIES 2020 tournaments. Registration is free.
iii. Once you registered for the tournament (regardless of the game play results), you will receive a pop-up which affirms you are registered for the Activity.
Only one entry is permitted per person. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected mail.
Entrants are prohibited from using multiple names, email addresses, or any other means to enter more than once. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. Any use of macro, automatic, programmed, robotic, or like entry methods will void all entries by such methods, and entrants using such methods may be disqualified.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
“Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Fifteen (15) winners will be selected at random from all Eligible Participants to be winners of the Prize (“Winners”).
5. PRIZES: Each Winner will receive one Poker box which includes branded box, 300 poker chips, cards pack and a dealer chip (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value: USD $100.00.
Total prize pool value: USD $1,500.00
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by Winners or cash equivalent is allowed. In the event any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes. Limit one (1) Prize per eligible entrant.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The Winners will be notified as set forth above and may be required to complete and Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by the Sponsor, which must be returned by November 29th, 2020.
For a list of Winners’ names and counties of residence, enquirers should send an email to [email protected] prior to December 15th, 2020.
If any potential Winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules or if any prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential Winner, such potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected.
The winners will be announced privately via private message or any other communication channels as shall be decided by the company’s sole discretion on or about December 6th, 2020.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Participant/s.
By entering the Activity, entrants consent to the Sponsor’s use of Winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
7. MISCELLANEOUS:
Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Activity, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Activity may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Subject to any directions of a regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Activity or proper play of the Activity, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize for any affected drawing(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment for such drawing(s). If any such malfunction, error, disruption or similar damage occurs and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Activity, subject to any directions of a regulatory authority Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Activity by posting a notice on official WSOP Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/WorldSeriesofPokerGame).
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, or damaged entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Activity.
9. LIABILITY & RELEASE: By participating in the Activity each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of it respective parents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and their advertising, promotional and judging agencies (the “Activity Entities”) from and against any and all liability, injuries, loss, claim, damages, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Activity or receipt or use, misuse, in ability to use or possession of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) human error or unauthorized human intervention in the Activity; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, mobile devices, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, damaged or postage due entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Activity or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons, including death, or property (including computers or mobile devices) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Activity or receipt of any prize; or (g) delay or damage in the shipment or delivery of the Prize.
Each entrant further agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Activity, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; and (b) despite anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses and (iv) any dispute will be governed by the internal laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and, if not resolved by arbitration as agreed above, will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and the entrant hereby consents and waives any objection to the jurisdiction of such courts.
For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.
10. DATA: Any information you submit is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at www.Playtika.com.
11. FOR CANADA RESIDENTS: Personally identifiable information you submit in connection with the Activity will be collected, used and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the Activity, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent, or as required by law. By entering, you consent to such collection, use and disclosure.
