Russell Thomas doubled up against Paul Tedeschi when the two got all in heads up. Tedeschi had {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Thomas had {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. The board ran out {2-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} and Thomas won with two pair.

On the next hand, Tedeschi opened and Thomas shoved all in again. This time Tedeschi let it go and folded.

Thomas Ward opened from the hijack and get called by Hon in the next seat before Yang three-bet all in for 48,000 from the big blind. Ward called and did the same when Hon moved all in behind for 130,000.

Drinan and Tu Go Into the Break

Nan Tu raised preflop to 25,000 and the action folded to Connor Drinan in the big blind. Drinan called and the two players were heads up to the flop.

The flop came {6-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds} and both players checked. The turn was the {5-Spades} and Drinan bet 32,000. Tu called. The river was the {8-Spades} and Drinan bet again, this time the number was 60,000. After some time, Tu raised to 155,000. Drinan tanked for a minute or two and with about two minutes left before the 10-minute break, Drinan folded.

More Woes for Drinan

We're not used to seeing Connor Drinan lose pots and now he's lost two in a short space of time.

He opened to 25,000 from mid position before Wakeman three-bet to 63,000. Drinan came back with a four-bet to 125,000 but folded when Wakeman shoved for the 397,000 he had back.
