The final flight of the 2019 Borgata Poker Open Event #9: $300 Deepest Stack NLH saw 394 entry slips sold, bringing the total number of entries for the event to 837. After 16 levels of play, only 70 found a bag and moved onto Day 2 with the biggest stack being owned by Arie Praisman.

Praisman spun up a stack early and ended the day with an immense 921,000 which is good for the overall lead between the two flights. Other big stacks to advance from the second flight include Saad Ghanem (559,000), Corbin Avery (540,000), two-time GCC winner Ryan Eriquezzo (520,000), Hamid Izadi (519,000), and Will Givens (402,000).

Some other well-known players and Borgata regulars to advance are Wooyang Lin (384,000), Nick Palma (336,000), Jason Henrici (305,000), Kevin Garasshen (303,000), James Oconnor (255,000), Rafael Reis (250,000), Leonard Sande (192,000), and Timothy Little (122,000).

The advancing Flight A players will join the Flight B survivors for Day 2 action at noon local time on Tuesday. Official numbers, the prize pool, and payout information will be released tomorrow, which is also when action will play down to a winner.
