Event 16: $330 Black-Chip Bounty NLHE Reentry
Day 1 Started
While the World Poker Tour ("WPT") Championship Event is taking place in the Poker Room at the Borgata later today, there is other poker action taking place as well. Today, Event 16, a $330 Black-Chip Bounty no-limit hold'em tournament will take place.
This event is a one-day event that will see a winner crowned before all is said and done today. Levels are 30 minutes long and there is a 10-minute break after every four levels with a dinner break provided at some point in the day. Players start with 15,000 in chips.
While our focus will be on the WPT Championship Event, the PokerNews team will be here providing updates throughout the day and once they have concluded play, our focus will shift here.
Cards will be in the air shortly!

In our first run through, we did see a couple players we knew... Kevin Choe and Paul Spitzberg. There will surely be more as players wake up and make their way down to the Poker Room.
