[Removed:40] has knocked out Jurgen Reicht and therefore more than doubled up in a threeway all-in preflop confrontation which sends him suddenly over the million chip mark. A standard cutoff raise started an incredible chain of shoving, first from button Reicht, then small blind Vitagliano, then the biggest stack, big blind Balazs Botond!
"I am folding Aces," said the cutoff.

Vitagliano:
Botond:
The board ran out sending Vitagliano into a frenzy of celebration (the word 'baby' was involved) and Reicht to the rail.
Sergey Rybachenko was eliminated after Balazs Botond set him all-in from the button. Rybachenko was very short and turned over and Botond had . The board was
Tomer Berda was eliminated by Charles Combes. Berda all-in pre flop with and Combes had . The board was
[Removed:40] opened for 28,000 on the button and Balazs Botond called in the small blind before Daniel Negreanu reraised to 108,000 from the big blind. Back to Vitagliano, who now four-bet to 225,000.
Both his opponents folded - and Vitagliano showed them .
Pierre-Elie De Oliveira is the latest casualty of the early evening here on Day Three, losing with what started out as a dominating hand: vs. the of [Removed:40]. The dealer shout when a player is all in and called which usually draws viewers over to the correct table was lacking in this instance, so it's unclear when the money went in (Oliveira being much the shorter stack) but his reaction was muted and not overly surprised which suggests he'd moved in on a flop which Vitagliano had hit. However, Vitagliano is the aggressor of the hour and has been picking up the hands (and the chips) so it's possible he took a shot at a short stack preflop.
Ramin Hajiyev seemed to have opened and Martin Hruby reraised before Matthias Lotze pushed from the button. Either way, Hajiyev was folding and the other two were on their backs when we arrived.

Lotze's aces held to double him to 350,000. Hruby nodded and tapped as the table as he took the hit - he's still in pretty good shape on 1.05 million after that.
Just a recap on some of the latest eliminations as we approach that magical 24 player mark that will signify the end of play for today. We are currently sat at 27 players.
Elimination 1 - Pokerstars Qualifier Wolfgang Beyer
Tonio Röder opened under the gun making it 28,000 to play and Team Pokerstars Pro Martin Hruby made the call a few seats to his left. Beyer then made the squeeze from the Button pushing all-in for 270,000. Röder folded and the action was on Hruber. You could tell that it wasn't an easy decision for the Team Pokerstars Pro who took his time to look Beyer up and down before finally making the call.
Beyer:
Hruby:
The board did not help either party and Hruby moved his stack up to 1.4 million.
Elimination 2 - Charles Combes
Combes shoved all-in from the button and Jose Severino called from the Big Blind.
We got there just in time to see Andreas Wiese calling a fairly chunky bet (around 70,000, by our reckoning) from Bruno Launais on the turn of a board, and a river was dealt - the . Launais announced all in for 153,000, and Wiese commenced to tank, as the refrain from Bobby McFerrin's Don't Worry Be Happy, currently being used to alert players in the side events that their blinds are going up, came on across the speakers in the ballroom.
Wiese tanked up for some time, but eventually folded, dropping to 950,000 in the process. Launais, one of the most well-respected players in France who finalled EPT Deauville in 2009 and made a WSOP final this summer, finished the hand on 480,000.
Finishing in 27th, with a prize of €13,500, was Ville Mattila, who having played with quiet but aggressive determination all day ended up racing out with a big hand. [Removed:40] opened for 27k and Mattila on the button made it 75k. Over to big blind Konstantinos Nanos who fourbet to 210k. Vitagliano made them wait for a while before passing, and Mattila moved all in for over 450k. He was snapcalled and turned over , up against the of Nanos.
The board came a decisive and Nanos shouted, "NEEEEEH!" and gave a triple two-handed fist-pump punch while a disappointed Mattila left the tournament area.
Franz Markus Popetschnig also finds himself short of Day Four by a whisker after moving all in on the button with . He'd picked a bad moment, however, because initial raiser Michael Eiler had , looked him up, and before you could say Franz Markus Popetschnig the board had sent him to the rail.
Finishing in 25th, and so bringing today's action to a close, is Victorino Torres. He'd had a bumpy ride to the last few tables but was actually cruising above average when one key hand dropped his stack to the point of no return. He ran preflop into of Luca Cainelli and doubled up the Italian, leaving himself just 70k. This made it into a pot quickly - he moved in preflop with but Kirill Zapletin held to his left and made short work of him.
With Torres and his hat gone, the field is about 80% less vibrant, but will be coming back tomorrow to play for ever increasing prizes.
