Davies Eliminated by Smith

Down to the last 75,500, Seth Davies open-shoved on the button and Dan Smith in the small blind asked for a count. Smith then announced all in himself, which forced out Cary Katz in the big blind.

The flop gave Smith top set and Davies was already on the way out of his chair. However, the magical on the turn gave him a massive sweat. It wouldn't last, as the river was a blank and Davies was eliminated early into the final level of Day 1. He immediately re-entered and drew the exact same seat for the second attempt.
