Going Up

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Oliver Heppchen doubled up with {J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} on a board of {10-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{8-Spades} while the cards of his opponent were already mucked. Apparently Tonino Schmitz was also involved in the hand as well.

Sebastian Langrock has been eliminated, he busted to Hannes Speiser and the seat is now occupied by Amir Mozaffarian.

Cohen Over and Out

Yehuda Cohen
Yehuda Cohen

Johannes Dandl first doubled up after Yehuda Cohen had four-bet shoved with {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}. Dandl snap-called with {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} and the board ran out {K-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{7-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}.

Cohen lost another portion of his stack and then ran with queens, an overpair to the flop, into the aces of Dandl once again to hit the rail.

Kresovic Is Done for the Day

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Joining the action on the {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{J-Hearts} turn, Kai Kresovic bet 15,000 and Mateusz Martewicz moved all in from two seats over. Kresovic tanked for a while and then eventually committed his stack to be at risk with {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}.

Martewicz showed {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} and the blank {5-Clubs} river changed nothing whatsoever anymore.

Speiser Keeps Up Pressure

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

While Amir Mozaffarian has dropped some chips, Hannes Speiser next to him only knows one way and that is up. Patrick Wolff raised to 5,000 and Speiser three-bet to 12,500 out of the small blind, which Wolff called. Speiser saw the flop fall {J-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and asked his opponent for a rough count before continuing for 14,800.

Wolff gave it some thought, tried small talk to no avail and then mucked in frustration while exposing the {10-Clubs}. "Come on, I have just showed the nuts so far," Speiser grinned and raked in another pot.
