Vitalijs Zavorotnijs jammed for 1.6 million with {a-Hearts}{4-Clubs} from the small blind, more than covering the 300,000 Vladimir Bednar had behind in the big blind.

Bednar paused for a few seconds before he called off his short stack with {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}.

Zavorotnijs remained ahead in the hand the entire way with the board running out {k-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{k-Clubs} and Bednar was eliminated in fifth place for €21,150.

Meanwhile, Zavortinijs, who entered the day with just six big blinds is now guaranteed to finish in the top four places and take home at least €27,600.

Players are on break after the elimination of Bednar.

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Bahadir Hatipoglu
Bahadir Hatipoglu

The biggest pot of the day and the tournament has just taken place.

It all began with Jari Saviaho raising to 100,000 from the cutoff with {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Bahadir Hatipoglu defended with {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}.

Saviaho checked after he hit trips on the {2-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{5-Spades} flop and Hatipoglu bet 165,000. Saviaho raised to 415,000 before Hatipoglu shoved for 1,600,000.

Saviaho called and Hatipoglu was drawing dead after the {5-Clubs} came on the turn to give his opponent quads. The hand was official after the {j-Diamonds} completed the board on the river.

The big blind ante became a small blind ante with play after the hand becoming five-handed. The remaining five players are all guaranteed €21,150.

Just like that, the tournament is down to six players with both Estonians hitting the felt. Andrei Volodtsenkov was just eliminated in seventh place for €11,600.

We were earlier informed that Volodtsenkov qualified for the Main Event through working up the online satellites at OlyBet Poker starting at €3.30. Volodtsenkov shared after his elimination that he actually got in for free by winning a freeroll satellite for the €3.30 ticket. Not a bad pay day for the local player.

It was a bit of a cooler for Volodtsenkov. Chip leader Jari Saviaho opened to 150,000 from the small blind with {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} before Volodtsenkov jammed for 790,000 with {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. Saviaho called and his hand held up the entire way with the {4-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds} appearing on the board.

Saviaho became the first player to pass the 3 million chip count in the tournament and the remaining six players are all guaranteed a €15,200 payday.

Bahadir Hatipoglu opened to 125,000 from the cutoff with {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Kaupo Tenno defended his big blind with {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

Tenno with top pair checked after the {9-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} came on the flop. Hatipoglu with an overpair bet 310,000 and Tenno jammed for a little more to 365,000. Hatipoglu called and Tenno was in rough shape.

The {3-Diamonds} on the turn and the {a-Clubs} on the river were unable to save Tenno and he was eliminated in eighth place for €8,460. The remaining seven players are now all guaranteed a payout of at least €11,600.
