Oh Can't You See, It is Time for Day 3!
Today, the PokerStars.net North American Poker Tour Los Angeles Main Event will continue as the final 81 players, of a 701-player field, return to action to play down to the top 24. Leading the way is Jimmie Guinther with 894,000 in chips, followed closely by Travis Pearson with 835,000.
Also returning for their shot at the last Season 1 NAPT title up for grabs are Team PokerStars Pros Jason Mercier, Anh Van Nguyen and George Lind. Nguyen has the most chips out of those three with 614,000. In addition, a number of other poker professionals have managed to survive including Phil "The Unabomber" Laak, Michael Binger, Bryn Kenney, Mike Sowers, Matt Afleck, and NAPT Venetian Main Event champion Tom Marchese.
