Rachid 'Ralou' Ben Rezkallah Eliminated in 16th Place ($34,953)

Rachid 'Ralou' Ben Rezkallah has just been eliminated from the tournament by [Removed:133] in a battle of small blind versus big.

Action folded around to Ben Rezkallah in the small blind who moved all in holding {K-?} {7-?}. Cournut thought things over and eventually made the call, saying, "Let's gamble," before tabling {7-?} {8-?}.

Miles ahead before the flop, the man they call 'Ralou' fell way behind after the flop, which came {4-?} {5-?} {6-?}, subsequently giving Cournut the nut straight. Blanks on the turn and rivered sealed the deal and Ben Rezkallah would settle for 16th place prize money, worth $34,953.

Roberth Mizrachi Eliminated in 15th Place ($34,953)

Gus Hansen and Robert Mizrachi
Gus Hansen and Robert Mizrachi
The eldest Mizrachi brother has just been eliminated from the tournament by fellow poker pro Gus Hansen up on the feature table stage. Because of our limited access to that table, we missed a majority of the hand, though we were able to piece together a few details:

According to Eric Mizrachi, Robert held pocket aces and moved all in over the top of a bet from Gus on a {3-?} {4-?} {7-?} flop that had one club. Gus made the call with the {2-Clubs} {5-Clubs} and managed to hit running clubs to crack Mizrachi's aces.

Mizrachi will take home $34,953 in prize money for his 15th place finish, while Gus now sits with almost 1.9 million in chips.

Action Flop, Big Pot

Raul Paez started things with a raise to 55,000 under the gun. Action passed around to the cutoff seat, where Alain Roy made the call. The rest of the table folded, and it was heads up to the flop.

The dealer spread out what would become an action flop: {6-Hearts} {Q-Spades} {2-Diamonds}. Paez continued out with 68,000 chips, which Roy flat-called.

The fourth card off was the {9-Spades}. Paez kept the heat on with another bet, this time moving 175,000 of his chips. Roy wasn't going anywhere. He moved all in for an additional 355,000. Paez eventually made the call, revealing his {Q-Hearts} {K-Clubs}. He would soon see that he was drawing dead, as Roy tabled the winning {2-Hearts} {2-Spades}, having flopped bottom set versus his opponent's top pair.

In winning that big pot, Alain Roy has doubled up to 1,350,000, while Paez has been knocked back to around 600,000.

Tapis, Guillaume

Guillaume Darcourt has moved all in before the flop on the last three consecutive hands, and has won the blinds and antes each time.

In the most recent of those shoves, he pushed 382,000 chips out, and action folded around to Raul Paez. He open-mucked his {9-?} {9-?}, prompting Darcourt to show the table his {Q-?} {Q-?}. He has now chipped up to about 420,000.
