Zoufri Eliminated; PokerGO Stream is Live

Level 20 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
PokerGO Stream
PokerGO Stream

Romain Lewis raised from middle position with {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs} 800,000 and Abdelhakim Zoufri, who tangled with Lewis earlier, found {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} in the hijack. He put his last 3,950,000 in the middle and Lewis called after it folded back to him.

Lewis quickly called and Zoufri was in great shape to double back up.

The {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop was safe for Zoufri and so was the {5-Spades} turn. The {8-Spades} however eliminated Zoufri in 33rd place, just missing out on a pay jump and having to settle for €25,000.

The eight on the river triggered a big reaction by the talented commentary team of [Removed:139] and Jamie Kerstetter on the PokerGO live stream. Make sure to follow the final two days of the €10,300 Main Event through the stream.

Horacek's Two Pair is Good

Level 21 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Anton Morgenstern and Jiri Horacek each put 2,000,000 in the pot, in a blind versus blind battle, on a {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{k-Spades} flop.

Morgenstern, on the small blind, checked the {a-Hearts} turn, and Horacek checked back.

An inconsequential card came out on the river, and Morgenstern bet 1,600,000 million, which Horacek called. Horacek took down the hand with two pair, showing {k-Clubs}{6-} against Morgenstern's {k-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}.
