Leonard Out of The Sunday 500

Patrick Leonard was as high as 3rd place at one point today, but ultimately couldn't quite make the final table. There are just 11 players left in The Sunday 500, with Leonard out in 14th place for $877 plus $125 in bounties. "claseazul" leads the counts in that one with more than 21 million chips and more than $2,000 in bounties so far.

There are 20 players left in The Grand, with Simon Mattsson leading the way on a stack of more than 24 million chips. Over on The Weekender Final Day, they are down to 14 left, and Day Kotoviezy is short stacked but still alive in 13th place. "salmaovidente" leads the way with 20.8 million and $1,268 in bounties.

partypoker Adds New Hot Tables Stakes; Max Prize Now $1,000

partypoker launched its Hot Tables feature on April 11 and it has proven extremely popular thus far. Even more of the site’s cash game and fastforward players can experience the excitement of being at a Hot Table thanks to partypoker adding three new stakes to the roster.

There are now seven different stakes where Hot Tables can trigger courtesy of partypoker adding $0.01/$0.02, $0.02/$0.05, and $1/$2 cash games and fastforward tables to the feature. Trigger one of the Hot Tables at the $1/$2 tables, hit the biggest prize, and $1,000 is all your in addition to the pot you win.

The Grand was the final game today to reach the final table, and Simon Mattsson has a huge lead with almost 80 million chips. Talal Shakerchi was the final table bubble, out in 10th place for $3,897.

All three feature games are at the final table now. Arsenii Karmatckii is out from The Grand, leaving 8 there at the break, while "ooooooooooooo" was the first off The Sunday 500 final table, leaving six stacks still in play. In The Weekender Final Day, "alex_miomoasch", "L0hnaetghh", and "Facebook" have all lost their stacks, leaving that game six-handed as well at the break.

Joshua Mccully and Thomas Muehloecker have exited The Grand in 7th ($6,704) and 8th ($5,605) places respectively, leaving that game six-handed now. The Sunday 500 is down to just 5 players left after "Jans Anus" busted in 6th for $2,137 in prizes and $867 in bounties. The Weekender Final Day is still sitting with 6 players left in action.

Simon Mattsson still has a huge lead in The Grand, while "Futt32" has 2:1 over second place in The Sunday 500. It's a bit closed in The Weekender, with "salmaovidente" only about 1.5:1 over second place.
